These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made at 3amclubstore.com.

The Contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is concluded when we send your order confirmation email. Until then we may decline the order for a legitimate reason, such as stock unavailability or a pricing error.

Who Can Buy

You must be at least 18 years old. This product is not sold to minors.

Prices and Payment

  • Kits are sold as one-time purchases: 30 nights, 90 nights or 180 nights, at the price shown on the product page.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout, through the payment methods offered there.
  • Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days of processing plus 5–15 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Cancelling and the 90-Night Guarantee

  • You may cancel free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not shipped.
  • Every order is covered by the 90-Night Clock-Out Guarantee: within 90 nights of delivery, one email gets you a full refund of everything you paid, with no need to return the product.
  • Customers in the United Kingdom also keep their statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, and customers in Canada keep the rights granted by their provincial consumer protection law. Our 90-night guarantee is broader than those rights, not a replacement for them.

Faulty, Incomplete or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Use of the Product

The 3AM Club Sleep Patch is a transdermal supplement patch for external use, applied at bedtime. Read the label and follow the instructions supplied with your kit. Results vary between individuals.

Safety Information

The 3AM Club Sleep Patch is a transdermal supplement patch containing melatonin, 5-HTP, L-Tryptophan, Magnesium Glycinate, Valerian Root and Hops Extract. For external use only.

  • Not intended for anyone under 18.
  • Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before use if you take antidepressants (including SSRIs and MAOIs), sedatives, blood thinners or blood-pressure medication, or if you have an autoimmune, liver or seizure condition. 5-HTP and melatonin can interact with these medications.
  • Do not drive or operate machinery after applying a patch. Apply at bedtime only.
  • Apply to clean, dry, intact skin. Do not apply to broken, irritated or sunburned skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets. Fold used patches in half before discarding.

If something goes wrong, write to support@3amclubstore.com first — a named human answers within one business day and most issues are settled the same week. This does not affect any legal remedy available to you under the consumer law of your country of residence.
