Refund Policy — The 90-Night Clock-Out Guarantee

You get 90 nights to test the patch. Still watching the ceiling at 3AM? Every penny back. No return label, no store credit, no interrogation.

How the Guarantee Works

  • You have 90 nights from the date your order is delivered to claim it.
  • Send one email to support@3amclubstore.com with your order number. That is the whole process.
  • You do not need to ship anything back. Keep the patches you have left — there is nothing to return and no restocking fee.
  • You receive a full refund of everything you paid, to your original payment method. Not store credit.
  • The guarantee applies to opened and used kits. That is the point of it — you cannot test a sleep patch without opening it.

Refund Timing

  • Refunds are issued within 2 business days of your email.
  • Your bank or card issuer then takes a further 5–10 business days to post the funds. That part is outside our control.
  • Shipping is free on all orders, so there is no shipping cost to deduct.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We send a free replacement or a full refund immediately, and this does not use up your 90-night guarantee.

Cancelling an Order

Orders can be cancelled at no cost within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not shipped. After that, the guarantee covers you.

What Is Not Covered

  • Requests made more than 90 nights after delivery.
  • Products bought from a third-party reseller rather than from 3amclubstore.com.
  • Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, or repeated failed delivery attempts. In that case we can reship once the parcel is back with us, with shipping paid by the customer — or refund it in full, your choice.
