This policy covers purchase options that renew automatically. Subscriptions are not required to buy from us — every kit is available as a one-time purchase, and subscription options are being rolled out.
One-Time Orders
A one-time kit charges you once. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews. To cancel the order itself, write within 12 hours of purchase and before it ships; after that, the 90-Night Clock-Out Guarantee applies.
How Subscriptions Work, When You Choose One
- Choosing a subscription option authorizes a recurring charge to your payment method until you cancel.
- The price, the delivery frequency and the discount are the ones shown on the product page at the moment you subscribe.
- We email you before every charge — you always see a renewal coming before it happens.
Cancelling, Skipping and Pausing
- One click cancels. Use the link in your subscription or renewal email, or write to support@3amclubstore.com.
- You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no minimum number of cycles.
- You can also skip a single delivery, pause the subscription, or change the frequency and shipping address — same one email, same no-questions handling.
- A cancellation lands on the next renewal. If an order was already charged and shipped, the 90-Night Clock-Out Guarantee covers it, so nothing is lost either way.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails we may retry it over the following days. If it keeps failing, the subscription pauses automatically and we email you — we never leave a charge hanging.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
Subscription orders carry the same 90-Night Clock-Out Guarantee as any other order: within 90 nights of delivery, one email gets you every penny back, with no product to return.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes affecting active subscriptions are emailed to you before they take effect.
