We ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Free Shipping

Every order ships free. No minimum spend, no shipping line added at checkout, no surprise fee on the last step.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.
  • During launches and peak seasons processing may run slightly longer — we say so on the site when it happens.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days after processing.
  • Total estimated time (processing + delivery): 6–18 business days.
  • These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Carrier backlogs, customs clearance and weather can extend them.

Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships, and every parcel is tracked.
  • Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first movement while the parcel is scanned into the carrier network. Silence in that window is normal.
  • Multi-kit orders may ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days, at no extra cost.

Addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If one comes back to us, we will reship it (shipping paid by the customer) or refund it in full — your call.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to Canada or the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Where they apply, these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price. Orders within the United States are not affected.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived 30 business days after the shipping confirmation, email support@3amclubstore.com. We open a case with the carrier and send a free replacement or a full refund — you do not wait on the investigation.

Storing Your Patches

On arrival, keep the pouches sealed, at room temperature and away from direct sunlight until use.
